Way Finders, Inc. seeks a Community Outreach VISTA to strengthen resident engagement in Springfield and Holyoke. You will develop outreach systems, coordinate volunteer efforts, and document outcomes to boost access to community resources.

The role involves storytelling, partnerships with community groups, and developing training materials while supporting a meaningful AmeriCorps VISTA experience in the Western Massachusetts region.

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and partners.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Comfort with using technology for communications and training.
