Job summary

BJC Behavioral Health is hiring a Community Outreach Case Worker to connect clients with vital community resources, including housing and food assistance. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, and requires local travel in the St. Louis region.

You will work in the community, visit clients at home, and support individuals facing mental health challenges. Training is provided during the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid MO Class E or IL Class D driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide community support services to connect clients with housing, food, and other resources.
• Document services clearly with dates, time, setting, and client response.
• Re-engage clients after missed appointments and assist in crisis situations.
