• Capture leads and collect contact information.
• Schedule consultations and appointments.
• Promote upcoming workshops and events.
• Assist with event setup, registration tables, raffles, and promotional materials.
• Complete follow-up calls, texts, and emails with prospective patients.
• Encourage patient reviews and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach activities.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience at every event.

Pay: $15.00 per hour + Commission & Performance Incentives

Community Outreach Representative – Additional Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, community outreach, public relations, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred
• Experience representing a healthcare organization, pharmaceutical company, medical device company, or wellness organization is a plus
• Comfortable speaking one-on-one and with small groups
• Strong computer and smartphone skills
