Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Community Liaison for the Tulsa, OK region. You will promote our home-based care, hospice and related services by engaging with doctors, hospitals and community organizations to generate referrals and awareness.

This role emphasizes strategic market analysis and hands-on outreach to improve patient access to care. The position requires at least 3 years in marketing or health-related work, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze target markets and potential service areas to identify referral sources.
• Visit doctor offices, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources to present services and obtain referrals.
• Promote Ennoble Care services including House Calls and Hospice to communities.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan with objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Attend meetings and support office staff with updates and outreach.
• Provide community outreach and education to raise awareness of services.
