Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Community Liaison in Oklahoma City to expand our home-based care services, including house calls and hospice support. You will interact with hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources to promote our programs and generate patient referrals.

Responsibilities include market analysis, visits to doctors and facilities, developing a marketing plan, and ongoing outreach to communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in marketing, nursing, or social work with health agencies.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors, hospitals, assisted living facilities, SNFs and other sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections and implement the plan.
• Provide community outreach and education.
• Attend meetings and assist office staff as needed.
