Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks an Outreach Coordinator to advocate for PACE and educate the community, driving referrals and coordinating outreach activities.

The role supports Marketing activities, handles referrals, performs event coordination, and assists with administrative tasks. Strong bilingual communication and a passion for elder care are essential.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in journalism, PR, or marketing.
• Experience in community public relations or outreach.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with community organizations and agencies.
• Execute elements of the Marketing Plan to support Bienvivir’s plan.
• Develop and maintain active referral sources.
• Coordinate health fairs, community outreach events, and campaigns.
• Screen inquiries to ensure referrals meet PACE criteria.
• Distribute marketing materials and manage supplies.
• Manage referrals and respond promptly with quality service.
• Operate company vehicles following safety protocols.
• Contribute content for site/newsletter as approved.
• Conduct facility tours as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
