The role includes developing marketing plans, extensive outreach, and collaboration with clinical teams. Responsibilities include educating the community, cultivating relationships with referral sources, and coordinating with payors.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing and sales, preferably behavioral health.
• Ability to present to diverse groups in public settings.
• Understanding of substance use disorder and recovery trends.

Responsibilities

• Educate community about opioid treatment and benefits to referral sources.
• Build relationships with referral sources to grow the program.
• Develop marketing and referral plans to increase utilization.
• Use multiple contact methods to reach stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings with decision makers to explore partnerships.
• Follow up with referrals to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with payors to build connections.
• Coordinate community outreach and joint marketing opportunities.
• Work with clinical teams to refine messaging.
• Provide staff training on customer service and inquiries.
• Travel extensively within the territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
