Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience preferred in healthcare or home care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Gail’s Homecare services.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, physicians’ offices, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources.
• Identify and establish new community and referral partnerships.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, visits, and events.
• Promote services to potential clients, families, and referral partners.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, cards, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, networking events, and outreach activities.
• Manage and maintain the agency’s social media presence.
• Create engaging social media posts, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Monitor activities and maintain records of outreach and referrals.
• Follow up with referral sources and prospective clients.
• Track leads, referrals, and marketing activity; report to management.
• Research local marketing opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
• Represent Gail’s Homecare professionally at meetings and events.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
