Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to lead local marketing initiatives and strengthen ties with the running community in your area. You will drive customer engagement through events, partnerships, and grassroots programs that position Fleet Feet as a hub for runners.

Ideal candidates have proven grassroots marketing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities, while traveling to local events as needed.

• Excellent communication skills in public and team settings.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• Comfort with Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Suite for outreach materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead local marketing initiatives to grow Fleet Feet's community presence.
• Build and nurture partnerships with local fitness groups and events.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events and trainings.
• Collaborate with store teams to activate outreach programs.
• Report on outreach outcomes and adjust tactics.

Fleet Feet is looking for a passionate, community-focused Community Outreach Manager to lead local marketing initiatives, foster meaningful relationships, and drive customer engagement through creative events and strategic partnerships. In this role, you'll play a vital part in growing our brand, acquiring new customers, and ensuring our store remains a hub for the local fitness and running community.
