Position Summary: AEA is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to coordinate the Bronx and Brooklyn Energy Hub's (BBEH) outreach and community engagement efforts to advance energy justice, decarbonization, and building weatherization for low‑to moderate-income households, small businesses, and workforce segments.
Grounded in a commitment to equitable engagement, this role builds and sustains trust with community members, clients, and partner organizations, translating outreach into meaningful, accessible support for those whom the BBEH serves.
Responsibilities include planning and executing community events and workshops, managing outreach calendars and administrative operations, and tracking outreach performance.
The role requires close coordination with BBEH leadership, internal teams, and subcontracted organizations to ensure outreach activities are well‑resourced, efficiently executed, and aligned with BBEH's strategic goals.
