Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Hilton Head is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to be the public face of our services across the Lowcountry. You will drive outreach, visit doctors, hospitals, and senior communities, and create opportunities through networking and relationship-building.

The role is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based on Hilton Head Island, SC, focused on educating families and professionals about our in-home care and Wellness Hub while fostering trust within the community.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing candidate to be the public face of Homewatch CareGivers of Hilton Head.
• Experience in healthcare, senior care, sales, marketing, or local networking is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, businesses, and community leaders.
• Generate referrals and develop new business opportunities.
• Attend networking events, meetings, presentations, and community activities.
• Educate families and professionals about Homewatch's in-home care and Wellness Hub.
• Gather community feedback and collaborate with the care team to improve services.

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Community Outreach Coordinator to become the public face of Homewatch throughout the Lowcountry.

This is a forward-facing sales, networking, and relationship-building position. You'll spend your days out in the community visiting doctors' offices, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, senior living facilities, and local organizations, meeting people, building relationships, spreading joy, and creating opportunities.

We're not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk making cold calls all day. We're looking for a genuine people person who loves starting conversations, making connections, and becoming someone the community knows and trusts.

What You'll Do
