Job summary

GEM in Virginia Beach is seeking an Entry-Level Community Outreach Coordinator to connect with local communities and empower residents to participate in GEM initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships and supporting GEM's outreach programs.

As an Outreach Assistant, you will help develop and implement strategies, engage with community members and partner organizations, and serve as a liaison to convey GEM's goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in outreach is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
