Job Title: Community Outreach and Partner Development Director

Job Status:Full-time, exempt

Job Location:Unbound Now Local Office, on-site

Job Summary:This position is responsible for developing partnerships through presentations, awareness campaigns, and events; collaborating with law enforcement and healthcare providers to enhance service reach and victim identification; and leading strategic meetings to coordinate partner engagement. This position is responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and expanding relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners. This position will identify and research prospective donors.

Compensation: Annual salary

Benefits:Unbound Now offers a generous benefits package including health insurance for employee and family with premiums covered by employer; employer-paid life insurance for employee; and the option to participate in Unbound Now's retirement plan (with 3% salary match after 90 days with a 1-year vesting period). Dental and Vision are available at employee expense.

Schedule/Availability:Generally, Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:30. Weekends, evenings, and/or holidays as needed, anticipated 40-45 hour work week.

Working conditions:Work is typically performed in various professional settings and venues. On rare occasions, duties may take place in environments where there is exposure to extreme weather conditions, fumes, odors, or elevated noise levels.

Travel:This position will require local travel for outreach and training, and partner development. Travel will be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate outreach activities and trainings to and with regional/statewide stakeholders, community partners, Care Coordination teams, and DCFS offices to provide program information, updates, and referral information.
  • Coordinate community engagement and outreach activities, such as resource tables, for increased community awareness and identification
  • Collaborate with community partners to increase awareness and participation in assistance to victims of child sex trafficking from crisis intervention until the time that the child reaches the age of 18 or no longer needs services.
  • Manage Louisiana outreach and training data collection, submitting required documentation for continuing education credits, and bi-annual and annual reporting promptly
  • Participate in weekly Louisiana team meetings
  • Submit mileage reimbursement, expense documentation, and grant-related time and activity reports properly and within required timeframes,and follow all Ramp Monthly Closeout Instructions and Process
  • Cultivate, steward, and expand relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Identify and research prospective donors; develop tailored strategies for outreach and engagement.
  • Maintain donor records and track giving trends.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, including annual galas and community outreach events.
  • Work with marketing and communications teams to promote events and increase visibility.
  • Engage advisory board, volunteers, and key stakeholders in event success and donor cultivation.
  • Complete all Unbound Now required training on time

Strategic Development:

  • Contribute to grant research and proposal development
  • Monitor progress toward fundraising goals and provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for new funding streams, including recurring giving programs and planned giving.

Desired Outcomes:

  • Maximize awareness, increase utilization of public services, and educate the public on child sex trafficking, while collaborating with partner agencies to identify and grow resource networks in the community

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work or a related field
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of technology, with previous experience with a CRM tool, and willingness to learn the Virtuous CRM system
