Job summary

Pathway BioMedX is seeking enthusiastic undergraduate and graduate students to join as Community Outreach Ambassadors. Represent PBX at high school games, campus events, and community showcases across Greater Boston to engage students and families in hands-on STEM, biotech, and technology programs.

This part-time, student-focused role involves promoting PBX programs, assisting with registrations, and coordinating with the PBX Operations Team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in biology, pre-med, public health, education, marketing, communications, computer science or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with diverse community audiences.
• Ability to travel to local high schools in the Greater Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Staff promotional tabling setups at local high school games and community events (2-3 hours per event, evenings and weekends).
• Engage with students, parents and community members to share program details and distribute flyers/brochures.
• Drive student registrations for PBX weekend and after-school programs.
• Coordinate logistics and promotional inventory with the PBX Operations Team.

In this flexible, high-impact role, you will represent PBX at high school athletic games, campus events, and community showcases across Greater Boston to engage middle and high school students and their families in hands-on STEM, biotech, and technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff promotional tabling setups at local high school athletic games and community events (2-3 hours per event, primarily evenings and weekends).
• Engage directly with students, parents, and community members to share program details and distribute flyers/brochures.
• Drive student registration for upcoming PBX weekend and after-school programs.
