Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach to at-risk individuals and communities.
• Engage in street outreach, community events, and other methods to connect with the target population.
• Build trust and relationships with individuals facing substance use challenges.
• Deliver educational sessions on fentanyl overdose prevention and harm reduction.
• Distribute educational materials and connect people with local treatment services.
• Provide naloxone training to community members, first responders, and at-risk individuals; distribute Naloxone kits.
• Offer referrals to healthcare and support services; maintain outreach records.
• Collaborate with local agencies to strengthen outreach; attend meetings and events.
