Taylor Made Services LLC recruits and provides staffing solutions for healthcare and community organizations across New York. We are seeking Community Operations Associates to support our clients with outreach, engagement, and operational support on a PRN (as needed) basis.

Position Summary

The Community Operations Associate will assist with outreach activities, provide care navigation, support day-to-day program operations, and help connect community members with health and wellness resources. This is a flexible PRN position, ideal for individuals interested in community engagement, healthcare access, and hands-on service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach calls and in-person engagement to connect community members with available health and wellness services.
  • Assist with intake, registration, and basic documentation for clients.
  • Provide care navigation support, including helping clients understand services, make appointments, and access community resources.
  • Support events, tabling, and community activities as directed.
  • Provide general operational support including phone coverage, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Report to supervisors with updates on outreach progress and community needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required by the organization to support community health and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, community outreach, or healthcare support a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing needs.

Schedule & Compensation

PRN (as needed) – flexible scheduling. Hourly rate: $16.50/hour. W-2 position.
