Overview

This is a strong, thriving team of 3 oncologists with incredible support staff who enjoy limited call and a great quality of life.

Practice Details
  • Outpatient, community-based oncology
  • Monday–Friday schedule with 1:4 call requirement
  • Busy practice with a well-established patient panel
  • Seeing around 20 patients per day, APP support to assist
  • Comprehensive approach including 10 active tumor boards per week; Oncology pharmacist in every location; physicians supported with a hall RN
Compensation & Benefits
  • Excellent compensation package with uncapped wRVU production
  • Average compensation for all physicians was close to $700K; top producers over $1 million
  • Full benefits package, 401k, and pension plan
  • 25 days PTO + 6 holidays + 5 CME days
