Job summary

The University of Colorado is seeking a licensed MD to join their Division of Medical Oncology in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves daily outpatient clinical work and inpatient rounding at Highlands Ranch Medical Center. Candidates should be board certified in Oncology or Hematology with 4–8+ years of experience in a community medical oncology setting. Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in a community medical oncology setting.
• 1 or more years of experience in a community medical oncology and/or hematology setting.

Responsibilities

• See patients daily in clinic and cover the infusion center.
• Collaborate with Oncology APPs in clinic.
• Provide call coverage for community practice patients.
• Work with Service Line Director to expand cancer practice.
• Attend clinics, conferences, and meetings.
• Assist with investigator-initiated and cooperative group trials.
• Lead clinical quality improvement projects.
• Attend monthly Clinical Affairs conference calls.
• Maintain accurate records using the UCH EPIC system.
