Job summary

Colorado State University is seeking a licensed OT to join the OT Share team. The therapist will collaborate with community organizations to support community engagement and behavioral health needs, supervise fieldwork students, and develop new programs.

You will plan, implement, document, and bill for services, working with CCP staff and partners, and contribute to program evaluation and expansion.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Colorado with at least three years of practice.
• Experience in community engagement and/or mental and behavioral health.
• Experience supervising OT fieldwork students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement novel programs and services with community partners.
• Provide client-centered supports for individuals with mental and behavioral health needs.
• Supervise OT fieldwork students.
• Document protocols and outcomes and invoice for services.
• Other related duties.
