Job summary

Tarrant Area Food Bank seeks an experienced Community Nutrition Manager to lead the strategy, expansion, and execution of RTN programming across its service area. You will champion Ready to Nourish and strengthen healthcare and community partnerships to ensure nutritious food is accessible and integrated into health outcomes.

You will supervise staff and interns, build relationships with providers and community leaders, and guide teams through certification processes while using data to drive

Qualifications

• RD/RDN with 5+ years in community health or healthcare partnerships.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who can translate vision into program delivery.
• Strong data skills to guide decisions and report impact.
• Excellent communicator with public speaking and training experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Hands-on leader able to supervise staff and interns.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, expansion, and execution of RTN programming across TAFB’s service area.
• Build partnerships with healthcare orgs, agencies, and community leaders.
• Guide Ready to Nourish Certification, training, and policy adoption.
• Develop framework showing nutrition access improves health and lowers costs.
• Ensure grants deliverables, budgets, and compliance.
• Use data to measure performance and tell compelling stories.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Community Resources, and more.
• Represent TAFB in local/state health networks.
• Supervise program staff and interns; foster high performance.
