Position Overview

The Community Grounds Keeper is responsible for maintaining the community grounds, including exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks, and alleyways, ensuring they are clean and safe. The Grounds Keeper also assists with other maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents when needed.
  2. Walk the entire property daily, collecting debris, operating the compactor, and emptying trash cans.
  3. Maintain curb and speed breaker paint and repair.
  4. Maintain and clean the pool and surrounding area.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Desirable: CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification.
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Complete in-house training within 90 days of employment.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and align with the company's values.
