Kindly Direct Care in Parlin, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities. This hands-on mentoring role focuses on participation in activities, community outings, and developing life skills to foster independence.

• No experience required.

Kindly Direct Care is looking for a dependable, energetic, and engaging Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with an adult with developmental disabilities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, building connections, and encouraging others to grow. You’ll help the individual participate in activities, explore interests, develop life skills, and gain greater independence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Getting out for recreational activities, exercise, errands, and community outings.
