Kindly Direct Care seeks a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one assistance for an adult in Bergen County. You will support daily activities, encourage independence, and maintain safety in home and community settings.

Ideal candidates have prior DSP experience and can complete onboarding, background checks, and training. Schedule: Tue/Wed/Thu 3 PM–6 PM; driving on shift is required. Immediate start available.

About This Opportunity

Looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity where your experience and dedication truly matter? We're looking for a dependable, confident, and hands-on DSP who is ready to make a positive impact and get started as soon as possible!

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.

We're looking for someone mature, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a one-to-one support setting. Previous DSP experience is REQUIRED, and we're looking for someone who can step in confidently, provide reliable support, and build a positive connection with the individual.

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
