Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the SCMHT Adult Community Mental Health Services in Colchester. You will provide comprehensive OT assessments and evidence-based interventions to support recovery and independence for adults with mental health needs.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and engage in supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Band 5 Occupational Therapist role in community mental health.
• Experience in assessment and intervention planning.
• Experience within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments for adults with mental health needs.
