Thresholds seeks a Registered Nurse for the Homeless Outreach Program in Chicago. You will deliver medical and psychiatric care in community settings, working closely with clinical teams to plan, implement, and educate on health matters.

A strong emphasis on harm reduction and trauma-informed care supports client growth and recovery. This role offers a standard business-hours schedule with rare weekends/evenings, generous PTO, multiple insurance options, a 403(b) with employer match, loan

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required.
• Degree from an accredited school of Nursing (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
• Ability to drive and have daily access to a car.
