Job summary

Trio-Community Meals in Fairfield, CA is seeking an experienced driver to join our team. You will transport goods daily to various locations, adhere to DOT rules, inspect equipment, and coordinate with dispatch to address route issues.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, a clean driving record, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask. One year of commercial driving experience is a plus. Employment is Full-Time, Onsite with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license for commercial vehicles and/or a DOT medical card.
• An acceptable driving record and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Transporting materials to and from assigned destinations in a safe and effective manner, complying with all DOT rules and regulations alongside state and city traffic laws.
• Complete thorough inspections of any utilized company equipment, before and after each trip.
• Keeping open communication with dispatch to ensure notification of any issues or delays on the route.
