Community Marketing Manager (Spanish) - Gaming / Live Streaming
Community Marketing Manager (Spanish) - Gaming / Live Streaming

We’re seeking a Community Marketing Project Manager to support the execution of community-focused initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Spanish-speaking audiences. This role helps build and scale programs that engage, educate, and inspire creators, developers, and broader community segments across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for tracking performance metrics, managing cross-functional deliverables, and facilitating communication between internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

  • 12 month contract, full time hours
  • Remote, PST
  • $25-28 per hour range


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Spanish-language community programs such as Ambassador initiatives, meetups, online workshops, and creator education content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to launch campaigns tied to holidays, events, and themed programming.
  • Align community marketing efforts with broader organizational goals, ensuring programs meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop reporting systems and maintain regular updates on program performance and project timelines.
  • Coordinate workflows across internal teams, ensuring smooth execution throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, setting clear expectations and facilitating cross-functional communication.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of new community programs designed to strengthen user engagement.


Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, program operations, community management, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking deliverables and measuring program performance against KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of content creator ecosystems, gaming communities, or digital platform audiences.
  • Familiarity with both creator and audience perspectives on live or digital platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, Slides, or PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with online creators, developers, or digital community leaders.
  • Knowledge of project and CRM tools such as Airtable, Asana, Mode, or Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience as a creator or participant in digital communities or streaming platforms.
