You will coordinate local marketing initiatives, social media, events, sponsorships, partnerships, communications, and day-to-day marketing projects, working with leadership, branch managers, vendors, and our external agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, community engagement, events, or related work.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities, events, sponsorships, and community initiatives across branches.
• Manage marketing and social media calendars, including content creation, posting, and promotions.
• Partner with branch managers, community organizations, vendors, and the bank’s agency on campaigns.
• Draft marketing communications, maintain website content, and organize assets and materials.
• Support business-banking marketing, educational programs, networking, and partnerships.
• Track activities and ensure alignment with brand and regulatory requirements.
