As a Community Manager at GIT, you will be responsible for the performance of one of our multifamily assets. You will be accountable for enforcing policies and procedures, meeting expectations and goals, maintaining high occupancy, curb appeal, developing team members, and building professional relationships. An effective Community Manager is personable, professional, motivating, and unites the team towards shared goals. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all daily operations of the property, including interviewing and training staff, supervising office and maintenance teams, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and ensure timely handling of work orders.
  • Oversee rent collection and vacancy preparation.
  • Assist in creating annual budgets and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction and uphold property reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Reside near North Dallas, TX, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Expect to work at least 40 hours per week, with availability for emergencies during holidays, weekends, or outside regular hours.
  • Minimum of 2 years in property management and 3 years in multifamily management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi.
  • Professional appearance and dress.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, and multitask efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
