Community Manager: TikTok Creator Program

JiYu Skincare is a Korean Skincare brand with best selling skincare products on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our online store. We’re known for our first product, Skin Cell Renewal & Rejuvenation Toning Pads and others with advanced formulas that actually work. We’re a newer brand in the space, but our obsession for quality has helped us make a splash onto the scene, already being a top seller in the category on Amazon and TikTok Shop. JiYu consists of a small, diverse team with big goals. We’re detail oriented and default to data-based decision making. You’ll be part of an experienced team with over a billion dollars in online sales that’s connected to the key players in ecommerce to help you reach goals & grow. About the Role:

We’re looking for a high-energy Community Manager to help build and lead our fast-growing TikTok Creator Program. At JiYu, Creators are our heart and soul, and a key element of our marketing focus. You will be managing a vital piece of the team. You’ll manage relationships with creators, build community (starting with Discord Groups), and help guide content direction. You’ll play a key role in making JiYu the go-to brand for creators in the skincare space.

We move fast, so if you’re organized, fluent in Spanish, and know TikTok content really well (what converts and can prove it) then this is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow our creator community, primarily through Discord & Slack Groups
• Achieve marketing sales goals from creator-driven content hitting GMV targets on TikTok Shop and traffic + revenue targets on Amazon
• Run weekly coaching calls + Q&As, and daily creator check-ins
• Coach creators on what types of content work on TikTok & IG Reels and why. Feedback will be king for this role.
• Build & update creator onboarding and training flows in Notion & Discord.
• Organize giveaways, contests, and incentive programs
• Review creator performance and help manage retainer agreements & bonuses
• Facilitate creator team growth via TikTok Shop Affiliate platform with outreach & inbound messages.
• Post creator-focused updates on our social channels
• Focus heavily on Spanish-speaking creators to scale efficiently
• Help scout, onboard, and support content creators across TikTok, IG, and YouTube

Requirements:

• Must work U.S. hours (flexibility is okay, but needs strong overlap with EST/CST)
• Strong understanding of TikTok content and what performs (ability to coach creators). You’ll need to demonstrate your understanding during the interview process.
• Experience building or managing online communities.
• Experience building and facilitating Discord groups.
• Experienced working with data in Google Sheets/Excel and can create and use formulas.
• Understand how to interpret data to assess takeaways and action items for growth.
• Confident communicator with solid organization and follow-up
• Scrappy, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Prior creator experience yourself is a large plus
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Strong Base Salary, dependent on experience + Views + GMV-based incentive plan (Up to $300k/year). This is real, and achievable. This is one of those "if you know, you know" type of roles. No low/hourly rate + impossible targets here. We fully expect this new team member to earn substantial compensation.
