Assistant Community Managers will assist in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management (LIHTC) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Marketing and closing skills to fill vacancies.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel.
