Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the property management field.
• 2+ years' supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership and leasing success.
• Ability to work on weekends.
• Experience with property management software.
• Ability to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing.
• Experience with unit and common area renovations.

Responsibilities

• Managing administration of property operations and leasing office.
• Monitoring financial operations and achieving budgeted NOI.
• Provide a quality living environment for residents and a positive work environment for the team.
• Hiring and supervising all on-site staff, including maintenance staff.
• Ensure apartments and grounds meet company standards.
• Rent collection and delinquency procedures.
