Job summary

UnitedPoint Communities is seeking a capable Community Manager to lead daily operations across two properties totaling 140 units in Olathe, KS and Kansas City, MO. You will supervise onsite staff, coordinate maintenance, and foster strong resident relations.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, knowledge of Fair Housing and ADA, RealPage OneSite experience, and after-hours availability. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and ADA compliance.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite (or similar property management software).
• Availability to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and resident communications to keep occupancy high and delinquency low.
• Lead onsite staff and coordinate with vendors for make-readies, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure the communities are clean, compliant, and well-maintained.
• Handle lease enforcement, community rule enforcement, and eviction proceedings when necessary.
• Market the communities, screen prospects, and show units as needed.
• Keep resident ledgers, reporting, and records up to date in RealPage OneSite.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process through Accounts Payable.
• Serve as the main point of contact between residents, ownership, and your supervisor.
• Support annual budget preparation.
• Respond to resident and maintenance emergencies, including some nights and weekends.
