NorthPoint Development LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Community Manager to lead maintenance and leasing teams, manage operating expenses, and ensure top-notch customer service. You’ll oversee billing, accounts payable, and owner reporting while upholding Fair Housing laws.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and property management tools; experience with Entrata/Yardi is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and leasing teams to ensure top-notch customer service and curb appeal.
• Monitor community income and operating expenses.
• Manage and maintain customer billing information.
• Review and process accounts payable for processing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly owner reporting.
• Oversee leasing, tours, and move-in processes to maintain occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other laws.
