Job summary

Bryten in Parker, CO is seeking a Community Manager with Lease Up experience to lead daily property operations, coach the team, and ensure a welcoming resident experience.

You will manage budgets, rent collections, leasing processes, maintenance coordination, and resident communications, while reporting to the Asset Director and promoting safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• 2+ years of Lease Up Experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
