Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to meet financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance goals.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property staff.
• Prepare operating budgets, monitor expenses, and review reports.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through timely responses and issue resolution.
