Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to resident inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Collect rent on time and record payments in the property system.
• Make collection attempts for past due balances.
• Prepare late notices and assist with legal filing, including court appearances.
• Walk through the community regularly to maintain positive resident relations.
• Conduct regular property inspections for upkeep and maintenance needs.
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendors.
• Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations.
• Advertise vacancies and show homes to prospective tenants.
• Manage lease agreements and renewals; handle move-in/move-out procedures.
• Adhere to landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Adhere to set property budgets.

Property Management Company is seeking a self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual to join our winning team as aCommunityManager to lead a Manufactured Housing Community in Imperial, MO. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and on-sitemaintenance. Property Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promptlyrespond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints
• Collect rent payments on time and enter payments promptly into our property management system
• Make collection attempts for past due balances
• Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the legal filing processincluding attending court proceedings
• Walk through the community regularly to maintainpositiverelationships with residents
• Conduct regular property inspections for upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance needs
• Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors
• Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations
• Actively advertise rental vacancies and homes for sale
• Showing homes to prospective tenants on a regular basis

• Handling move-in and move-our procedures
• Adhere to local, state, and federal landlord-tenant laws
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
• Adhere to set property budgets

Property Manager Required skills:
