Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure standards and compliance with safety, industry, and legal regulations; identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market and economic trends; implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Manage resident retention, respond promptly to service requests, and monitor resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance requests; verify and inspect vacant units.
  • Work with Regional Manager on budgets, financial reports, and revenue collection.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property team members.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • 3-5 years of property management experience
  • Ability to travel for training and business purposes
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Word/Excel and technology
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, motivating, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work with diverse groups
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
  • Background in Accounting/Finance, CAM, or Licensed Property Manager
  • Yardi experience is a plus
Work Schedule:

9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday, with possible weekends to meet business needs.
