Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards; suggest improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Manage resident retention and respond to service requests promptly.
  • Oversee maintenance requests and verify the status of vacant units.
  • Work with Regional Manager on budgets and financial reports.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team members.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • 3-5 years of property management experience.
  • Ability to travel for training and business needs.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups.
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management.
  • Background in Accounting/Finance, CAM, or Licensed Property Manager.
  • Yardi experience is a plus.
Work Schedule:

9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday, with possible weekends to meet business needs.
