KMG Prestige, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Community Manager who is goal-oriented and passionate about property management. You will oversee daily operations of an apartment community, handle resident concerns, collect rents, market the property, and lead site staff to achieve occupancy and service goals.

Strong leadership, budgeting experience, and LIHTC knowledge are preferred. Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License is paid for by the company and supported as part of
