KMG Prestige is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Buffalo, NY at 1100 Michigan Avenue Apartments who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management.

The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Assistant Community Managers assist in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management (Section 8, LIHTC, or housing experience preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Marketing and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company).
