TRG Management is a leading property management company experienced with various housing types, including subsidized, workforce, and affordable housing, as well as mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family homes. We currently manage approximately 20,000 units across several states, with over 100 properties in our portfolio. We are seeking a Community Manager for Boulevard Tower I. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated learner with a strong work ethic. This is a great opportunity for a goal-oriented individual looking to grow with a dynamic company.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Survey local competition to understand market and rental rates.
  • Attract tenants through advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, explaining benefits, and showing units.
  • Negotiate leases and collect security deposits from tenants.
  • Manage financials by collecting rent, paying bills, forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
  • Maintain property by resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting units, and coordinating repairs.
  • Oversee building systems by contracting maintenance and supervising repairs.
  • Ensure property security by contracting security services and establishing safety policies.
  • Enforce occupancy policies and address violations.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing data and trends.
  • Enhance knowledge through educational opportunities, professional reading, networking, and organizational participation.
  • Contribute to organizational goals by taking ownership of new tasks and seeking value-added opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Prior experience in affordable housing is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of managing an apartment community and leasing experience.
  • Experience with budgeting and operational analysis.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
  • Knowledge of tax credit, public housing, and other affordable housing programs is preferred.
