Bryten is seeking a proactive Community Manager for Bosk Apartments in Avon, CO. You will lead daily operations, coach your team, manage budgets, rent collections, leasing processes, and maintain resident communications to create a welcoming, high-service environment.

You bring 2+ years in multi-family leasing management, strong financial and admin skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00

Who You Are
