Job summary

Bryten is seeking a skilled property operations professional to lead multi-family leasing and daily on-site operations in Peoria, AZ. You will coach a team, manage budgets and rent collections, oversee leasing and compliance, and ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have 2+ years in leasing management, strong financial/administrative skills, and excellent communication. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• A high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
