Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to lead operations and resident services at one of our manufactured housing communities. You will be at the heart of the community, ensuring a safe, vibrant, and well-maintained environment while guiding the team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial accountability, and customer-focused service to enhance community satisfaction and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills required.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
  • 3–5 years of experience in community management, property management, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the community, building strong resident relationships and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Drive operational excellence by overseeing rent collection, expenses, and vendor negotiations.
  • Maintain and enhance the property with safe, clean, and visually appealing spaces through repairs and landscaping.
  • Support sales and growth by engaging prospective residents and assisting with home sales while developing marketing strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Be the Face of the Community – Build strong resident relationships, address concerns with care, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee rent collection, expense management, and vendor negotiations to meet financial goals with transparency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and Enhance the Property – Ensure homes and community spaces are safe, clean, and visually appealing by managing repairs, inspections, and landscaping.
  • Support Sales & Growth – Engage prospective residents, showcase the community’s benefits, and assist with home sales while developing effective marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills – Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while staying proactive and strategic.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for resolving challenges and building trust.
  • Industry Knowledge – 3-5 years of experience in community management, property management, or hospitality.
  • Education – High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
