Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a motivated Community Manager to lead operations for our manufactured housing communities. You will focus on delivering outstanding resident experiences, maintaining a safe and vibrant environment, and driving overall community success.

As the face of the community, you’ll manage rent collections, expenses, vendor relationships, and property upkeep while supporting sales and marketing efforts to showcase benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community management, property management, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage operations, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, building strong resident relationships and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive operational excellence by overseeing rent collection, expense management, and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain and enhance the property through repairs, inspections, and landscaping management.
• Support sales and growth by engaging prospective residents and assisting with home sales and marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills - Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while staying proactive and strategic.
• Problem-Solving Mindset - Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for resolving challenges and building trust.
• Industry Knowledge - 3-5 years of experience in community management, property management, or hospitality.
• Education - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
