Equity LifeStyle Properties in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Community Manager for the Tarpon Glen community. This on-site role oversees assets, staff, facilities, and occupancy, while leading sales and maintaining a welcoming living environment.

You will work with marketing to attract residents, manage the operating budget for profitability, and provide excellent resident service as the face of ELS. A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years PM exp. and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and budget management skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• You will be fully responsible for the resources and assets of the community, including staff, community buildings, roads, and amenities.
• Occupancy is the key to success; you will participate in sales and rentals by maintaining the community and ensuring it is clean and attractive.
• Show homes when they become available and partner with marketing to attract new residents.
• Analyze, prepare, and manage the operational budget of the community to improve profitability.
• Act as the face of ELS, delivering outstanding customer service to residents and setting standards.

It contains 168 homes . **What does your job entail?*** You will be fully responsible for the resources and assets of the community, including staff, community buildings, roads, and amenities.* Occupancy is the key to success.
