Fairstead is looking for a Community Manager in San Antonio, Texas, to oversee daily operations and compliance of our properties. This role involves managing tenant relations, ensuring all regulatory standards are met, and supervising property maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant management experience, preferably in property management or hospitality, and certifications such as COS or CPO. In addition, proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial.
