The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations, leasing, and resident experience at a market-ready property in Florida. You will supervise the team, manage revenue and expenses, and ensure financial performance while maintaining exceptional service.

  • As the leader of the on‑site management and maintenance team, the Community Manager should be knowledgeable about all facets of the property’s operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure digital and physical lease files are accurate, complete, and organized.
  • Accurately account for all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting,
  • Maintain property appearance and identify opportunities to implement preventative maintenance procedures.

Position & Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Portfolio Director, corporate support teams, and on‑site team members, the Community Manager is responsible for ensuring the continued financial performance of the property.
