Qualifications

• Certification in TCS or COS preferred.
• Ability to supervise leasing, budgeting, and financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through move-ins and move-outs with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners.

Requirements
